How many times have you been to the loo today? Personal question I know, but it’s estimated that 2.4 billion around the world (nearly 40% of all humanity) don’t have access to basic sanitation. Imagine if you had to drink water contaminated by sewerage. 4000 children a day die from waterborne illnesses from doing exactly that. Basically the developing world needs toilets – and that’s where you can help every time you flush.

That’s where the ‘Who Gives A Crap’ recycled toilet paper comes in. 50% of it’s profits will go toward building toilets in the developing world. To get the first bulk order in it’s creators need $50,000 and until they raise the funds their staging a ‘sit in’.
