As the last hoorah of the wet season plays out, we’re about the move into that wonderful time in the Top End we call The Dry Season.

To those of you who have just arrived you are about to experience balmy sunny days, cool nights and crisp mornings.  Not to mention the V8 Supercars, the Darwin Cup Carnival, and The Fred’s Pass Show, along with everything else that goes hand in hand with the deep north dry.

It’s a great time to get out and explore the raw beauty that is literally on our very doorstep. In short our dry season makes us the envy of our southern counterparts who are chopping and burning up gas & electricity while we get around in shorts and T-Shirts.

Enjoy it while it lasts...The build up is only some 100 days away.
