The Chief Minister is confident of getting our fireworks back from NSW in time for Territory Day celebrations on July 1.
More than 100 tonnes of fireworks have been seized by authorities on thier way to the NT.
Lia Finocchiaro has spoken to the NSW Premier about getting them back in our hands, but she says Queensland authorities are now making things difficult, refusing to allow the trucks to drive through the sunshine state.

The Chief Minister, however, is confident the fireworks will arrive in the Northern Territory in the next week.
