Why not give dragon boat paddling a go? It is a great ‘sit down’ sport for beginners or experienced paddlers. We train in a friendly environment to get fit and healthy and it is also excellent for cross-training. We have an experienced coach who will teach you the basics. All equipment provided but please slip, slop and slap and bring some water. It is such fun, cool exercising in the Cullen Bay Marina. And a bonus for the free lessons.
