Easter

We can't be screaming it loud enough - the long weekend is here!!!!

It's all well and good to have 4 days off, but pretty much the rest of Darwin is having it too. So what to do this long weekend? Here's a small guide to get you through what will be open and where the chocolate's at!

Thursday:

Discovery - FATMAN SCOOP!! epic night to kick off the long weekend in style

Monsoon's - Ladies night is always some good fun!

Opium - Savage in Darwin and rocking it out live on stage!

Good Friday:

Discovery - Industry Night and open all the way through to 4am!

Deck Bar - Open all day Good Friday with awesome beats on the deck!

Archies - again open all Good Friday with the RNB tunes going off.

Easter weekend

IGA - There is always something we forget to get at the store before it closes up for the day, don't worry IGA open for a few hours and across the weekend.

Waterfront Wavepool, coffee club, trampoline, Crepe Escape, Ilido - all open on for the day!

Saturday:

Palmerston Area - Palmerston Shopping Centre will be going crazy with the giant balloon drop from 10.30am. Over 500 balloons, $2000 worth of gift cards, and loads of chocolate for the kids. Make sure you register on the website prior.

Darwin - Darwin city will be coming alive with easter fun for the Lord Mayor's Easter Egg Hunt. This will be happening in Raintree Park from 9am, there will be kids entertainment across the morning, playground, water castle's and a petting zoo. Plus a free sausage sizzle!

Easter Sunday:

It's all business as usual at most places around Darwin - bring on an awesome Sunday Sesh!

Monsoons - sunday sesh is back on!

Archie's - Mexican Sunday sesh!

Rydges Palmerston - Sunday sesh and pool beats.

If you are looking at the fit side of things, don't forget you can participate in the Mini Triathalon held at the Darwin waterfront! Perfect chance to work off some of that chocolate!!

Deck Bar - Best place for tunes, food and fun!

Boatshed Cafe Cullen Bay - open all weekend for some yummy brekkie and lunch

BCC - perfect weather for the movies, if this rain keeps up. New on the big screen Fate of the Furious, Power Rangers and so much more!
