A 16-year-old boy has been arrested after allegedly throwing objects at a passing truck in Katherine.
The incident was first reported last Thursday (September 11) by a truck driving over the Katherine Bridge shortly before 2am.
Police say the teenager threw an unknown object at the passing truck before fleeing the scene.

It’s further alleged the offender stole a push-bike from a nearby shopping centre after the incident.
The teen has now been arrested, with charges expected to be laid.
Superintendent Warren Scott says, “Throwing projectiles at moving vehicles is extremely dangerous and could end in serious injury or potentially death.”
