A fourth person has been arrested in relation to an alleged major fraud scheme in the NT.
It’s alleged a commonwealth employee, his spouse and the director of a local building company were involved in a conspiracy to influence the awarding of tenders in relation to defence contracts up to $71-million.
The investigation was lead by the Australian Federal Police, and started in March this year.

A 45-year-old woman has now also been charged, reportedly another director of the local building company.
She is expected to face Darwin Local Court this morning (November 21).
Investigations are continuing.
