A 28-year-old man has been arrested in Humpty Doo – following alleged domestic violence offences.
At around 3:45 yesterday afternoon (July 9), an arrest plan was set up for the Stuart Highway and Arnhem Highway intersection.
Police say the alleged offender fled into nearby bushland but was apprehended after a short foot chase.

He’s since been taken into custody.
