NT Public Servants have secured a 13 per cent pay rise over four years, following lengthy negotiations with the Government.
Workers will get a 3 per cent increase in pay for the first two years, then 3.5 per cent in the following two.
Retention allowances for Katherine and Alice Springs are also included as part of the deal.
The agreement will now be lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval with salary increases expected to be paid from February 2026.
Minister for Public Service, Jo Hersey has thanked members for taking part in the vote, and securing the deal.
“I want to thank all the employees who took part in the ballot, and provided feedback, your involvement in the enterprise agreement process is important and appreciated,” Mrs Hersey says.
