Investigations are continuing this morning following a police pursuit in Palmerston overnight (March 8).
Officers say the pursuit began at around 10, but was later called off.
Police found the car abandoned on Lockwood Court a short time later.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage in the area is being asked to contact police on 131 444.
