A 21-year-old woman has been arrested after an alleged domestic violence assault in Katherine.
Police say they received a call at 7.45 on Friday night (March 21), alleging a 41-year-old man had been stabbed in the shoulder by a woman known to him.
The man was initially taken to Katherine Regional Hospital but was later transported to Royal Darwin Hospital for further treatment.
