
Emerse Water Cycling Class
Emerse Cycle is a 45-minute group based water cycling class that combines a mix of speed intervals, hill climbs, and active recovery that will challenge your cardiorespiratory fitness and strength endurance.
What to expect:
· Wear swimwear (you will be cycling under water)
· Please bring towel, wear waterproof shoes (reef shoes – mandatory), drink bottle
