
Ottway’s Taekwondo, Open Training
Ottway’s Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art predominantly of a kicking style. They teach physical fitness, self-defence, traditional forms and technique and competition free sparring. Some benefits to Taekwondo are self-discipline, confidence, physical fitness and conditioning, focus, balance and general wellbeing.
What to expect:
- Wear enclosed shoes and active clothes
- All ages welcomed
- Bring a water bottle
- Children must have a legal Guardian present
- Mention Feb Fit to join in
