Halloween festival returns to Top End bigger than ever

Now in its 10th year, the biggest outdoor Halloween festival in the Southern Hemisphere is set to return to Darwin, with Electric Storm ready to light up the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens Amphitheatre on Saturday, 29 October.

The change in venue is to cater for the ever-increasing popularity of the gig, which sold out in both 2020 and 2021.

There’s plenty to see and do at this year’s Electric Storm, with fire dancers, make-up stations, bars, food stalls and more on offer. Another incredible music line-up will be released next month. Stay tuned for more details!

Music fans are again encouraged to dress up in ghoulish Halloween costumes for the chance to win cash prizes. A total of $2,000 is up for grabs for Overall Best Dressed, Best Dressed Female, Best Dressed Male and Best Dressed Group.

Electric Storm is supported by the Northern Territory Government through Northern Territory Major Events Company.

First release tickets for the 16+ event are on sale from 7am on Thursday, 4 August. For more information or to purchase tickets before they sell out, head to www.dtix.com.au/.
