Three large Northern Territory Cattle Stations have been snapped up by a Vietnamese investment company.

The deal is believed to be worth $135 million.

The stations were previously owned by The Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC).

The deal includes 50,000 head of cattle, plus station plant and machinery spanning over 740,000 hectares.

The new owners say they plan on diversifying the stations including into high-value cropping and non-pastoral use.
