Jeremy Allen White is Bruce Springsteen in New Biopic

Out of the kitchen and onto the stage!

New Jersey rock and roll legend Bruce Springsteen is the next musical icon to receive a biographical film and none other than The Bear’s, Jeremy Allen White, is set to play the man himself. The film is set to depict the formative years of Springsteens career titled Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere, it chronicles the making of his 1982 “Nebraska” album. You can catch the trailer below!

The film will show Springsteens journey as he creates the album that launches him into the global star he is today, whilst also struggling with the ghosts of his past. Springsteen had a fairly troubled relationship with his father, who was a veteran of the 2nd World War, who also suffered from poor mental health and alcohol abuse something which the film will depict.

Bruce Springsteen has himself admitted to being troubled at times himself. He’s shared previously that he’s dealt with ongoing battles with depression and being in and out of therapy trying to get a handle on his perception of masculinity.

You can catch Deliver Me From Nowhere when it releases in cinemas on October 24th.
