A driver and passenger have allegedly fled the scene after a single-vehicle rollover in Darwin’s rural area.
Emergency services, including police from Adelaide River and Bachelor, were called to the Stuart Highway, about two kilometres north of Adelaide River at 6.30pm Tuesday.
Police say a preliminary assessment of the site showed the single vehicle veered off the road, before correcting and then rolling.
Four adults were located at the scene, with two taken to Royal Darwin Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police say two other people, the driver and another passenger, fled the scene before emergency services arrived.
Investigations into the incident remain ongoing.
