A woman has been rushed to hospital after allegedly being stabbed by her partner in Palmerston.
It’s alleged a 56-year-old man attacked the 32-year-old woman with a knife at the bus depot at 8.15pm
Security guards intervened to try and stop the domestic dispute but were allegedly threatened by the armed man.

They eventually managed to subdue him before police arrived and arrested the man.
The victim is being treated for stab wounds to her stomach.
The 56-year-old man is expected to be charged later today, with police calling for any witnesses to come forward.
