A security guard has allegedly had a beer bottle thrown at her face at a popular nightclub in Darwin’s CBD overnight.
Police were called to the Mayberry at around 1:15am today (March 20), following reports a 30-year-old man had knocked a female security guard unconscious.
It’s further alleged the man kicked the woman while she was on the ground, before fleeing with another man in his 30s.

CCTV was used to track down the pair who were arrested.
The victim is receiving treatment in Royal Darwin Hospital.
