A baby has been taken to hospital after an alleged domestic violence incident in Tennant Creek.
A 22-year-old woman is accused of punching and kicking a 16-year-old female family member at a home in Wuppa Camp at around 9pm Tuesday.
NT Police say the teenager was holding a four-month-old baby and sustained injuries from the alleged assault, and the baby was taken to Tennant Creek Hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The alleged offender was located and arrested at 11.30pm that night, and has since been charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault.
